Want a quick workout routine you can do anywhere even when you're not close to the gym? Using a combination of jumping jacks, squats, pushups, mountain climbers, cross crunches, knee highs, knee pullups, tricep dips, and leg raises can be a great way to help stay in shape on the go!
Just do 10 reps of each and your good to go! If you are a bit more advanced you can also do 20-30 reps of each or whatever is necessary to make it a challenge!
