The Children's Sports Conditioning Program includes:

• Fitness test at the beginning of the program and test out at the end.

• Fast Feet – Speed Drills

• Endurance – Sports Conditioning

• Plyometric training to increase explosive or vertical movements

• Nutrition, What do you eat/drink before, during and after for best results.

• Stretching- Foam Roller – Dynamic warm-ups

• Introduction and or working on a correct form in the weight room
