Our senior "Platinum Fitness Programs" offer seniors affordable exercise programs that are geared to their needs. These programs help build and maintain strength, endurance, and agility all while having a good time and meeting new people!
We have three different classes available targeting different fitness goals. Just do one or try them all!
Platinum Strength Conditioning
Seated circuit strength training focusing on upper and lower body with light to medium weight.
Platinum Hustle Fit
Basic Hustle dance session. Be a participator not a spectator at receptions, retirement/Christmas parties, reunions, etc.
Come learn some of the most popular party Hustles and get moving on the dance floor. Designed for the Seasoned but fun for everyone.
Platinum Cardio Drumming
Enjoy a low impact Cardio Drumming session. Move and drum to the rhythmic beat of great music. This class concentrates on upper body movement and stretching to bumping popular music.
