Fitness Programs For Everyone...

This class is an Advanced Bodybuilding training environment but you do not have to be a bodybuilder to attend.  Typical training will be one week focusing only on quads, the next week focusing on glutes and hamstrings.  An Ab workout will be the last 10-15 minutes of class.


If you're ready for those legs and abs you've always wanted this is the best way to get them! We will teach you how to get them without all the common downfalls everyone runs into on their own.


This will teach you how to tone and sculpt the muscle groups in your abs and legs so you can get that sexy toned body you are after!
