Step Up To A Challenge...


Hypertrophy refers to an increase in muscular size achieved through exercise. When you work out, if you want to tone or improve muscle definition, lifting weights is the most common way to increase hypertrophy.



This is for individuals that know the basics in the weight room.  This program will advance your skills through increased intensity while learning new angles from basic movements that really isolate the muscles.


You will attend 2 group workouts a week with Billy and will follow along with additional workouts through our FITNESS APP with programs designed for you leaving a total of 5-6 days of workouts in the weight room. Cardio is minimal but given based on individuals goals.


About the Coach – Billy Weisenstein has been a personal trainer Since 2013 and specializes in personal training, group training and coaching to competitors, lifestyle clients or anyone that is intermediate to advanced levels.  He also is a bodybuilding competitor and consistently raises the bar on his own health and fitness journey.
